Nature in the Park- Youth Programs

Join us Wednesdays at 10:30am at the Old City Park in Boyne City.
These free programs are geared towards ages 3-6, but are fun for the whole family! Each programs starts off with a story time related to that weeks theme followed by guided exploration of nature in the park. Care givers are required to stay for the duration of the program. All materials are provided, no RSVPs required.

Do you have a special skill, hobby or an expertise in an area of conservation that you would love to share with others in Charlevoix County? The conservation district is looking to bring more hands-on and informative workshops to the residents and landowners of Charlevoix County, and surrounding Tip of the Mitt region. The community room space is available at no charge for all conservation-based workshops. Empower your community with knowledge and host a skill-sharing workshop! The conservation district seeks experienced locals willing to share their experience and expertise with the residents and landowners of Charlevoix County, and surrounding Tip of the Mitt region. The community room space is available at no charge for any professionals willing to share their knowledge & skills with others for free. For workshops where a materials fee is required, the room is still free as long as no additional profits are made.Areas of Interest Include, but are not limited to: DIY Home Projects, DIY Arts Crafts Projects, Intro to Photography, Music/Dance, Book Clubs Discussion Groups (non political/religious)Jewelry MakingFamily/Youth Health & Wellness Lecture Series.
