The 2025 Plat Book is now available for sale! The new edition of the plat book will be sold for $35.00 each. The plat book can be purchased at the Charlevoix Conservation District office located at 303 North St., Boyne City, or at one of our participating vendors (list below).

Request a copy of our 2022 book to be mailed with it, for an additional $15.00 for shipping ($55.00 total). Please make checks out to Charlevoix C.D. Once we receive your check and return mailing address, we will ship the book to you. Thank you!
What is a Plat Book?
Plat Books contain maps that concentrate on landownership, acreage and parcel boundaries; mainly in non-urban areas. Our books show detailed maps by individual Township and may include but are not limited to public and private roadways, waterways, railways, section lines, municipal boundaries, political boundaries, points of interest & public access points. A handy Landowner index allows for easy identification of any rural landowner in the County. Our plat books also contain a government, township, and city directory with information on officials, as well as general information about Charlevoix County and the Charlevoix Conservation District.
Books are no longer available or sold at the Boyne City Hardware location.
